Crosstown Traders Five Brand Sweepstakes Official Rules No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Open to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of May 15, 2008.
1.	How to Enter: The Crosstown Traders Five Brand Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00:01 AM PDT on May 15, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 PM PDT on July 31, 2008. To enter, visit Shoetrader.com, LaneBryantCatalog.com, WillowRidgeCatalog.com, LewMagram.com or ShopTheBay.com and submit the online registration form as prompted. Once you submit your information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may enter at each of the web sites listed above to receive additional entries into the Sweepstakes, for a maximum of five (5) entries. In order to receive an entry at Shoetrader.com, you must register for the Sweepstakes by 11:59:59 PM PDT on June 30, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. In order to receive an entry at LaneBryantCatalog.com, WillowRidgeCatalog.com, LewMagram.com or ShopTheBay.com, you must register for the Sweepstakes by 11:59:59 PM PDT on July 31, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your on-line or phone service may apply. Limit one entry per person/per email address.
2.	Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of May 15, 2008. Employees of Crosstown Traders, Inc., Shoetrader, Lane Bryant Catalog, Willow Ridge, Lew Magram or Monterey Bay Clothing Company, their advertising and promotional agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and people living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3.	Prizes and Odds of Winning: Grand Prizes (50): A $100 Gift Card for one of the following brands: Shoetrader, Lane Bryant Catalog, Willow Ridge, Lew Magram or Monterey Bay Clothing Company. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Gift Cards do not expire. Winner will receive specific Gift Card based on winner’s registration at time of entry. Administrator will randomly select entry and if winner has registered for the Sweepstakes for more than one brand, whichever entry is selected, that website’s brand will correspond to Gift Card awarded.
4.	Random Drawing: Grand Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing, on or about August 07 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
5.	General Rules: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Grand Prize winners may be required to verify his/her address, within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.  Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for mistranscribed or faulty telephone communication for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award all Grand Prizes from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. The Sponsor, Shoetrader, Lane Bryant Catalog, Willow Ridge, Lew Magram, Monterey Bay Clothing Company, and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. In the event any dispute arises regarding the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that such dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Arizona and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
